Nurtools provides custom software development and digital services. Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

All projects are initiated based on mutually agreed requirements and timelines. Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered if a project is canceled before development work has commenced. Once development or design work has started, refunds are generally not applicable.

3. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued based on:

  • Project progress
  • Completed milestones
  • Resources and time already invested

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed project milestones
  • Delivered software or design assets
  • Consultation, planning, or discovery services

5. Client-Initiated Termination

If a client terminates a project after work has begun, payments made up to that point are non-refundable, and the client may be billed for completed work.

6. Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing with a detailed explanation. Requests will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes regarding refunds, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith communication before pursuing legal remedies.
